Boarding

We are open for drop offs and pick ups are welcome between

Monday to Friday  9-3pm.

Saturday 9-2pm

We are closed on Sundays.

Occasionally, drop offs and pick ups can be accommodated outside these hours. If so, a late pick up outside those hours is charged the same as an additional overnight.

 

There is a minimum charge of a two night stay, with drop off in the PM and pick up in the AM. You are also welcome to add daycare to your stay to extend your pup's vacation on either end of the stay!​

All pups need to be up to date (UTD) on the mandatory shots DHPP, rabies, leptospirosis and bordatella. Fecal tests regularly are encouraged at least annually, particularly if your dog socializes regularly with other dogs at parks. Deworming/Flea treatments need to also be UTD. As the weather is warming up, there may be an uptick of fleas so it is important to stay on top of it.

Boarding does not grooming services or training services.

I am not able to take any pups that are not spayed or neutered with the potential exception of puppies that are under 5-6 months of age upon further consultation.

Most of the dogs in my care are smaller breeds (around 20-30lbs). To keep interactions safe and on the same level, I am only offering services for small to medium dog breeds or puppies that are currently under my weight limit (~40lbs). Exceptions to go slightly over may be made for well trained dogs on a case by case basis upon further evaluation.

My boarding cancellation policy is as follows:

​

• A full refund is available if a client cancels by 12:00pm one week before the stay begins. 
   

• If canceled later than 12:00pm one week before the stay begins up until the day prior to the stay beginning, a no refund is available for the first seven canceled days of the stay; a 100% refund is available for any additional days.

• If the stay is cancelled during the booking or you wish to pick your dog up earlier than expected, no refund is available.

​​

This is a small family run business and how we provide for our family. This policy is to ensure that we are protected from late or last minute cancellations. When you reserve stay dates for your dog, this means that I am holding those dates for you so nobody else can book those dates. This 7 day cancellation policy helps give me the opportunity to reoffer those same dates to someone else.

Holiday Surcharge 

Please note that there is a $15 surcharge over holiday periods.  If your stay includes the holidays, then the entire booking is charged at the holiday rate.

Daycare

​

Daycare is between 4-6 hours and we coordinate a set time and schedule for pick up and drop offs. Punctuality is very much appreciated so I can coordinate the transition of your pup into my home. Our property is located at the end of a one way traffic lane and out of respect of my neighbors, the City codes and safety, it is important for me to be able to also coordinate the flow of traffic.

I have a roster of consistent pups that come every day for daycare that is carefully planned in advance to make sure everyone has a good time. I take great pride in ensuring that there is a fun and easy going group dynamic and everyone gets along. Thus, I do not accept once-off daycare requests, only ongoing, long term clients that are looking for a long term, daycare home for their pups.

Training

​

I am a CPDT-KA certified professional dog trainer that teaches both basic obedience and puppy obedience. ​ My rate is $175 p/h + travel time if you are interested in arranging a private lesson with me. ​I also offer a "board and train" option. Cost varies depending on the needs of you and your pup but ranges between $1,000 to $2,500 per week with three follow up private classes included.

Add on Services

 

Grooming: 

Special requests for grooming is $5 per instance (ear rinses, eye drops).
Daily grooming (teeth, ears and brush out) is $30.

Full Bath (Shampoo, Conditioner, teeth, ears, eyes, brush/blow out out) is $40-$80 (depends on your dog's size, fur etc)​

I do not offer any other in-home full grooming options but I am happy to coordinate with you directly to take your dog to a groomer for extended stays. This is optional but highly recommended for long coated breeds or poodle mixes (doodles) that require some up keep to their hair. I do not do any grooming (ie nail trims, fur trims) as I am not insured or licensed as a groomer.

Medication:

Medication is charged $5 per instance. Written medication instructions needed to be provided ahead of drop off and must include dosage, frequency, side effects and contra-indictions.​ We give all medication by hand and separately to ensure careful handling of the medication and that it is successfully administered. We are trained to give pills, injections, topicals and any forms of medication.

Pick up drop off:

I offer pick up and drop off at home for approximately $55 round trip, depending on where you are located. I can pick up in Kirkland, Bellevue or Issaquah.

How do I book?

Bookings can be made through email or texting me your dates and drop off/pick up times and I will confirm if I am available!​

 

Payment can be made using Venmo or Cash. A payment of at least 50% of the total boarding stay needs to be paid to reserve the dates on calendar.  This is to discourage last minute cancelations or no shows as I am holding those dates for your pup to ensure that I am available for the entirety of the stay. Of course, plans can change and if so, this is fully refundable subject to my cancelation policy above.
